Accessibility statement

Current status: partially conformant — we have not yet completed a full audit, and we would rather say so than claim a level we have not tested.
Why this page exists
The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) has applied since 28 June 2025 to digital services offered to consumers in the EU. It expects a statement that names the standard, the level aimed at, the gaps that are known, and a way to report a barrier. This is that statement.
What we have done
- Text and background colours are chosen for contrast, and contrast is measured mechanically rather than judged by eye.
- The site is built to work at phone width, with no horizontal scrolling and touch targets sized for a thumb.
- Content is offered in four languages, with the page's language and direction set correctly for each — including right-to-left for Arabic.
- Interactive controls are real buttons and links rather than clickable
divelements, so assistive technology can recognise them.
What we have not done yet
Stating this is the point of the page. These are known gaps, not a list we hope nobody reads.

Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site stops you doing something, please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to find what testing has missed.
Please say which page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days.
If we do not resolve it
If our response does not resolve the problem, you can escalate to the market surveillance authority for accessibility in your EU member state. In the Netherlands this is the Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (ILT).
Honesty about scope
DeepSynergy.io is a one-person company. That is not a reason to be inaccessible, but it does mean we prefer to publish a truthful partial statement now, and improve it, rather than claim full conformance we have not verified. This page is reviewed whenever the site changes materially, and at least once a year.
