1. What Are Cookies?

2. Our Commitment: Minimal, Privacy-First Storage
We use one analytics service, Google Analytics 4, and only after you allow it in the cookie banner. Until you do, its script is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set. We do not use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar or equivalent tools, we do not track you across websites, and we do not build advertising profiles or share usage data with any marketing platform.

This website uses the following browser storage. The first two are strictly necessary; the Google Analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

4. What We Do Not Use
For complete transparency, the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies are not present on this website:
- Analytics without your consent — Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow it, and no other analytics service (Matomo, Plausible, or equivalent) is used
- Advertising / retargeting cookies — no Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
- Social media tracking pixels — no Facebook Pixel, Twitter/X Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or equivalent
- Session recording / heatmap tools — no Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent
- A/B testing cookies — no Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or equivalent
- Cross-site tracking identifiers — no third-party cookies that track you across multiple websites
- Chat widget cookies — no Intercom, Drift, Crisp, or similar customer success tools
- Authentication or session cookies — no login functionality or persistent sessions on this website

5. Third-Party Scripts and Their Cookies

We do not load any other third-party scripts from external domains beyond those listed above.
6. Managing Your Preferences
6.1 Cookie settings
On your first visit a banner asks for your choice: Accept all, Necessary only, or Preferences to decide per category. Declining is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional runs until you have chosen.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Switching Analytics off stops Google Analytics at once and deletes its cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
6.2 Clearing localStorage
To remove the ds-lang language preference and the ds_consent record stored by this website, you can clear your browser's localStorage for this site; the cookie banner will then ask you again. Instructions for major browsers:

Alternatively, clearing all browser site data will remove these values along with any other stored data from any website you have visited.
6.3 Browser Settings
Modern browsers allow you to block or restrict all forms of web storage, including cookies and localStorage. Blocking localStorage for this site will prevent it from remembering your language and your cookie choice between visits; blocking cookies will also prevent Google Analytics from working, whatever you choose in the banner. All other website functionality will work normally.
6.4 Do Not Track
This website does not act on the Do Not Track browser signal by itself. It does not need to: Google Analytics runs only if you consent in the cookie banner, so no tracking takes place by default.
7. GDPR and ePrivacy Directive (EU / Netherlands)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive (implemented in the Netherlands via the Telecommunicatiewet, Art. 11.7a), placing cookies or accessing information stored on a user's terminal equipment generally requires informed consent — unless the storage is strictly necessary for a service explicitly requested by the user.
The ds-lang and ds_consent localStorage keys fall within the strictly necessary exemption because:
- They are essential for functions you explicitly use — the language you select, and respecting the cookie choice you make
- They contain no personal data and cannot be used to identify or profile individuals
- They are not used for any advertising, analytics, or tracking purpose
The Google Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary. They are therefore set only after your prior, freely given consent through the cookie banner, which offers "Necessary only" as prominently as "Accept all". Your consent is recorded on your device with its date and asked for again after twelve months. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, under Cookie settings. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
8. Indonesian Law — UU PDP (Law No. 27 of 2022)
Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) governs the processing of personal data by or relating to Indonesian data subjects. The ds-lang and ds_consent values stored in localStorage do not constitute personal data under UU PDP — they are anonymous functional values with no link to an individual's identity.
For data subjects in Indonesia: Google Analytics, which processes a pseudonymous identifier and usage data, is used only with your explicit consent given in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time under Cookie settings.

9. Saudi Arabia, GCC, and International Users
For users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and other international jurisdictions:
This website does not place advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are placed only if you consent in the cookie banner. The ds-lang and ds_consent values are functional and non-personal.
Under the Saudi PDPL and applicable GCC data protection frameworks: without your consent, no personal data is collected through cookies or localStorage in connection with your use of this website; with your consent, Google Analytics processes the data described in section 3. Personal data shared via the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
