The story

Built from a gap nobody else was filling

Raden Yusuf Darul Kutni Zahri spent years watching two worlds fail to connect. On one side: highly regulated industries deploying AI systems for fraud detection, quality control, and operational optimization — with no governance framework to speak of. On the other: ISO management consultants with deep certification expertise but no ability to advise clients on AI.

The opportunity was obvious. The EU AI Act was being drafted. ISO/IEC 42001 was nearing publication. Indonesia's enterprise sector — already heavily invested in ISO certifications — was beginning to ask questions about AI governance that nobody could answer coherently.

DeepSynergy established its operational base in the Netherlands in 2026, positioning within the European regulatory perimeter to serve EU AI Act clients. A partnership is under discussion with PT Ratama Mitra Kualitas, an Indonesian ISO management consultancy with 21 years of enterprise delivery behind it; no agreement has been signed.

The combination is unique. There is no other entity in Southeast Asia that combines ISO 42001 certification capability with autonomous AI agent orchestration and a validated enterprise client base. That gap is our market — and we intend to own it.

The founder

Building the bridge between governance and intelligence

Raden Yusuf Darul Kutni Zahri is the CEO and founder of DeepSynergy, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Yusuf brings together an unusual combination of capabilities — deep familiarity with ISO management system methodology through years of working alongside Indonesia's leading ISO consultancy, a technical understanding of AI orchestration and large language model deployment, and the strategic vision to see the ISO 42001 opportunity before the market did.

He holds the CAIC™ — Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant credential (USAII®, 2025), validating expertise across AI solution architecture, NLP, responsible AI, and generative AI deployment. The certification is independently verified and publicly accessible via his digital badge.

Beyond client work, Yusuf built Nour-Elm — a multi-tenant education platform live in production for four institutions, with enrolment, attendance, progress, payments, a parent portal and AI tutoring grounded in a verified corpus, governed to ISO 42001 end to end. He also built YPT (YFelemban Padel Tour), a full-stack tournament platform with a LangChain RAG assistant. Both are working proof of his ability to ship end-to-end AI products, not just advise on them.

The Netherlands base is deliberate. EU AI Act compliance consulting is a significant and fast-growing market. Operating under Netherlands jurisdiction — within the European regulatory perimeter — gives DeepSynergy standing to advise European enterprises on AI governance that competitors based outside the EU cannot match.

We are in discussion with PT Ratama Mitra Kualitas (RMC), an Indonesian ISO management consultancy established in 2004. No agreement has been signed, and nothing on this page should be read as a concluded arrangement.

The intent is complementary rather than a branding arrangement: RMC's ISO methodology and enterprise relationships alongside DeepSynergy's AI orchestration platform and ISO 42001 capability. Until an agreement is signed, neither party speaks for the other.
